Downtown Markham is a master-planned community being developed by The Remington Group located east of Warden Avenue and north of Highway 407 Markham, Ontario. It is situated on 243 acres and is the "largest planned mixed-use development in Canada" located just south of the Rouge River and west of the GO Line designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd.
